How it works

The guest, or a companion, calls hotel reception from the room phone and asks for a doctor.
2. Our doctor is on the way
Reception calls our on-duty physician directly. The doctor sets off immediately with a fully equipped medical bag.
3. Care, follow-up & transfer
Assessment and treatment in the room, follow-up visits, and — when needed — ambulance transfer and hospital coordination.
