Who we are
Founded in 2019, Al-Hakim Medicare Pro is a physician-led medical services company dedicated to hotels and their guests. We provide in-room consultations, emergency response, nursing care, diagnostics and hospital transfer for travellers and residents at our partner hotels.
A guest who falls ill far from home needs more than treatment: they need a doctor who arrives quickly, explains clearly, and takes care of everything that follows — from medication and follow-up to hospital admission and the insurance paperwork.
